Membership

bulletMembership is open to anyone with an interest in business and financial information
bulletMembership is personal, not corporate, and therefore non-transferable
bulletMembership subscriptions are valid for one year from the day on which the application is received but will be cancelled if payment is not received within one month
bulletMembership rates are set by the Management Committee
bulletNon-members may attend a maximum of 2 events: their attendance fee must be paid in advance and is subject to a surcharge in lieu of membership

Costs

bulletFull rate standard subscription is £45 per year - see our membership page for details.
bulletFull-time students will be charged a reduced subscription rate of £22.50 upon proof of full-time student status.
bulletAn alternative subscription is now available for £110 per year. This includes attendance at all seminars. It does not include parties or the AGM Dinner - see our membership page for details.

Payment
bulletMembers may request an invoice to make payment for membership or event attendance
bulletInvoices are due within 20 days of issue
bulletThe Management Committee reserves the right to refuse further bookings from members who have not paid invoices already raised for earlier events or may ask for pre-payment for future bookings
bulletWe now offer a facility for secure online payment by credit/debit card via Protx. We currently accept payment using Visa, Mastercard, UK Maestro, Visa Debit/Delta or Solo. Payment can also be made by by cheque (payable to 'City Information') or by BACS (contact the CiG Administrator for our bank details).

Event bookings

bulletBookings must be made in advance
bulletThe Management Committee reserves the right to refuse entrance on the door at an event
bulletBookings are non-refundable - pre-payment will not be returned and invoices raised remain due
bulletIf any person is unable to attend an event for which they have booked, they can substitute another member upon notification to the Administrator. If a non-member substitutes for a member, that non-member is liable to pay the difference in the booking fee
bulletConfirmation of your booking will be sent by email
