1.   Managing Change in the Workplace  

A panel debate with:
Kate Arnold – Head of Content, NHS Direct
Kim Horwood – Senior Learning and Development Consultant, PTSC

The panel will discuss how they have embraced or pushed change within their teams or the workplace and how to make a success of managing change.

2.   Changing Technologies: “Working in a Wired World”  

Euan Semple, Independent Consultant

Formally Head of KM at the BBC, Euan is now an independent consultant http://www.euansemple.com/.  He was voted IWR 2005 Information Professional of the Year.  Euan will be speaking on the impact that forums, blogs, wikis and social networking tools have had in making the BBC more efficient and creative and how they will inevitably impact on every workplace in the future.

3.  Changing Relationships:  “Who is a buyer and who is a seller?”
