Aim
of the day
The aim of the day was to
bring a new event to CiG members, combining our
successful free seminar format and chaired debate and
also to attract non-members. Alongside these events was a new exhibition for selected suppliers to the
information industry which had particular relevance for
CiG members. As well as updating their skills in our
seminars, attendees were able to look at new or updated information
products in a relaxed environment and take time to talk
to the suppliers. The AGM dinner was a chance to
network amongst peers and discuss the events of the
day as well as listening to our keynote after dinner
speaker.
